Las Vegas Law Firm
This project was a bit of a challenge from the start. Take a 1980’s odd layout of space consisting of; an acoustical tiled ceiling, linoleum floors, and a shower curtain rod with fabric draped over it to hide a make-shift kitchenette and transform it all into a polished modern reception area for an international law firm. Keegan Designs not only did the interior design but also managed the project. In edition, Teresa enjoyed the opportunity to design the rosewood reception desk and sign. After gutting the entire space and rebuilding it with the highest quality of finishes, the final result was hit with the firm. The ultimate compliment came when the CEO wanted the design of their East Coast Headquarters to be based upon the new modern Feng Shui Las Vegas Lobby. Her trademark shimmer is found in the granite, wall coverings, and the iridescent glass tiles installed in the sign. |
