Seattle Town Home
The Mallard Cove Town Homes are a 20 unit development on the shores of Lake Union. Teresa was the in-house designer and owner’s rep. for the project. She designed and specified all the interior and exterior finishes for the project and was a consultant on the landscape design. Each unit features a private elevator, roof top deck with views of the Olympic Mountains and downtown Seattle. The overall design was contemporary with mixes of warm wood grains and earthy textures to create a neutral backdrop for any variety of design styles the new home owners would have. In the model unit she stayed true to her shimmer, using drapery sheers woven with a metal thread that would catch and reflect light. |
